Golden Grilled Turkey Legs

Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic BBQ Sauce 8 oz
Turkey legs/drums 4
Onions, diced 1 cup
Carrots, peeled, diced ½ cup
Celery, diced ½ cup
Water 1 cup


  1. Using a medium-sized roasting pan, place the onions, carrots, celery and turkey legs on top.
  2. Cover tightly with foil and roast at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
  3. Preheat your char grill.
  4. Season the turkey legs, then char grill and lather the Carolina Classic BBQ sauce on the turkey legs as they cook.
  5. Serve once the sauce has started to caramelize and has set.
