Golden Grilled Turkey Legs

Sticky Fingers Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce8 oz
Turkey legs/drums4
Onions, diced1 cup
Carrots, peeled, diced½ cup
Celery, diced½ cup
Water1 cup


  1. Using a medium-sized roasting pan, place the onions, carrots, celery and turkey legs on top.
  2. Cover tightly with foil and roast at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
  3. Preheat your char grill.
  4. Season the turkey legs, then char grill and lather the Carolina Gold BBQ sauce on the turkey legs as they cook.
  5. Serve once the sauce has started to caramelize and has set.
